As a Yyteri Villas weekly shareholder, you own a weekly share and have your own familiar holiday home every year at your disposal at a alternating periods of time.
As the owner of a weekly condominium, you share the holiday home and the expenses with other shareholders. Therefore, it is possible for you to enjoy high-quality holidays and versatile services at a reasonable price.
When you purchase a weekly share, you buy a share of an independent real estate company Yyterin Villat Ltd. The matters of your holiday home are taken care of by the real estate company, whose decisions you can influence at the annual meeting.

Your own weeks 5-6 / year. Weeks vary in nine-week cycles.
Basic care fee 65 €/month, weekly rate 100 €/week used, inc. final cleaning.
Possibility to pay off corporate loan with financial consideration: 12 months euribor at least 0 % + marg % , approx. financial consideration 325 € / kk ( interest expense +instalment ).
